% 25.08.2017 CO. APPL. 1399/2017 Vide an order dated 30.05.2017, the petitioner was directed to file a certified copy of the order/judgement dated 30.05.2017 with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of its receipt. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they came to know of the judgment on 14.07.2017 and thereafter on 15.07.2017 had applied for the certified copy, which was received on 25.07.2017. Then the said judgement was sent to CA for filing with the Registrar of Companies, but as he was out of station for some personal work and returned only on 09.08.2017 and filed it with Registrar of Companies on 11.08.2017 it was refused on the ground of delay, hence, vide this application, the petitioner submits that the time be extended for filing of the copy of the judgment/order dated 30.05.2017 with the Registrar of Companies.

Let the certified copy of the judgement/order dated 30.05.2017 be filed with the Registrar of Companies within one month from today.

The application stands disposed of.
