CRL.M.C. 4652/2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction for speedy trial/early disposal of the complaint case No.2472/1/2016, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, pending in the Court of Shri Sujit Saurabh, Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned Trial Court seeking appropriate

relief.

The present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Trial Court, which shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law.
