The counsel for the plaintiffs and the counsel for both the defendants support the application.

I have perused the compromise arrived at between the parties, as contained in the application, and find the same to be lawful. 3.

The counsels state that the application bears the signatures of all the parties and is supported by their affidavits. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

A decree is passed in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendants in terms of Clause (a) of prayer paragraph no.84 of the plaint dated 13th December, 2016 and IA No.5704/2018 shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. CS(COMM) 1619/2016

The undertakings on behalf of the defendants as contained in IA No.5704/2018 are also accepted and the defendants are directed to be bound by the said undertakings and cautioned of the consequences of breach of undertakings given to the Court.
