% 07.03.2017 Respondents No.4, 5, 6 & 8 (there is no respondent No.7 in the memo of parties) have been served and they are present. Learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf of respondents No.4 to 6, and respondent No.8 has appeared in person. All of them state that they have accepted the marriage of the petitioners and they have no grievance regarding the same. They have given an assurance that they shall not cause any harm to the petitioners.

The petitioners are also present in Court and they state that they have no surviving threats from the said respondents. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. However, in case the petitioners receive any further threats, it shall be open to them to approach the SHO, PS - Baba Haridas Nagar, who shall make an assessment of the threat perceived by the petitioners and provide protection to them.
