O R D E R

% 15.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.664/2016 under Sections 354/509/323/34 IPC was registered at police station Safdarjung Enclave against the petitioners. Petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other. They have settled the matter amicably. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Suresh Kumar PS Safdarjung Enclave. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion.

She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind that the petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to

each other and they have settled the matter amicably, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.664/2016 under Sections 354/509/323/34 IPC registered at police station Safdarjung Enclave, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
