O R D E R

% 19.07.2017 The learned counsel for the parties at the Bar inform us that the petitioner Ms. Shruti Jindal has rejoined her husband at the matrimonial home, and that the latter has withdrawn the proceedings seeking divorce under the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Mr. Prag Chawla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Pratik Jindal, respondent no.2, also undertakes to withdraw all the cases instituted by him against the petitioner Ms. Shruti Jindal and her family members forthwith.

Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of Ms. Shruti Jindal, who is present in Court, also undertakes to co-operate with

Mr. Pratik Jindal, her husband and his family members, to withdraw/ quash the proceedings instituted by them against Mr. Pratik Jindal and his family members.

It is directed accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Jain, on instructions of Ms. Shruti Jindal, seeks leave to withdraw the petition at this stage. The petition and the pending applications, are accordingly, disposed off.
