% 14.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to recommend his name to the DDA for grant of an alternative plot.

Mr.Yeeshu Jain, Advocate who appears for the respondents, submits that the respondents are already seized of the petitioner's application and the same would be considered and placed before the Recommendation Committee as per its seniority. She submits that the petitioner's application has been placed at serial No.2794 in the said list.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to respondents to consider the petitioner's application on its own merit in accordance with the serial number allotted to him. MAY 14, 2018/aa REKHA PALLI, J
