The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 05.08.2016 passed in appeal No. 07/ICWAI/2015, by the appellate authority constituted under the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the controversy in the present petition is covered by an earlier decision of this Court in Sanjay Gupta v. Vijender Sharma and Ors.: W.P.(C) 6284/2016, decided on 26.10.2016.

Thus, for the reasons stated therein, the present petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside.
