The Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties are endeavouring to settle their disputes and the petitioners have already paid a sum of ₹1 crore to the respondent. In this view, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in the event the disputes are not settled. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3.
