% 28.09.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that his application (Annexure P-5) made on 6th July, 2018 to second respondent in respect of subject land is still pending.

If it is so, then second respondent shall ensure that petitioner's application (Annexure P-5) is duly considered in terms of Rule 63 of The Delhi Land Revenue Rules, 1962 within a period of twelve weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

Respondent No.2 be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.
