% 28.09.2018 The grievance of petitioners is that their application (Annexure P5) made on 6th July, 2018 to second respondent in respect of subject land is still pending.

If it is so, then second respondent shall ensure that petitioners' application (Annexure P-5) is duly considered in terms of Rule 63 of The Delhi Land Revenue Rules, 1962 within a period of twelve weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

Respondent No.2 be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are

accordingly disposed of.
