CONT.CAS(C) 622/2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that in order to put a quietus to the present proceedings, he shall pay a sum of Rs.4,81,969/- to the LIC Housing Finance Limited/respondent Nos. 2 and 3, within a period of four working days from today. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the LIC Housing Finance Limited states that if the amount, as aforestated, is received by them, within a period of one week, they will issue the No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the DDA, in terms of para 10 of the order dated 17th April, 2017, passed by CONT.CAS(C) 622/2017

this court in RSA No. 134/2014, titled as "Sh. Dinesh Kumar Dixit vs. Delhi Development Authority", within a period of two weeks thereafter. Directed accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
