% 13.10.2017 Petitioner approached this Court alleging unauthorized construction in property no. T-825/3 and T-825/3A, Arjun Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi -110003. In the status report that has come to be filed on behalf of respondent-SDMC, it is stated, as follows :

That, as per the record, action under Section 343/344 of the DMC Act was initiated against this property vide U/c file No.265/B/UC/EE(B)-I/CMZ/2016 dated 825/3, Arjun Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi for the unauthorized construction in the shape of Third floor and after following due process of law demolition order was passed against the alleged unauthorized construction. 4.

That lateron Owner of the property applied for regularization of existing structure of the property on 27.03.2017 vide file No.21/B/UCR/CZ/2017 dated

27.03.2017 and property was regularized after realization of an amount of Rs.8,11,000 vide G-8 receipt No. 36313 dated 26.04.2017."
