% 17.01.2018 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that in view of the FSL result dated 29.12.2017, further time is sought to conduct further investigation to operate the password and to retrieve the messages. In reply to the specific Court query, it has been submitted on behalf of the State that there is no violation of the conditions of the grant of the interim bail dated 13.10.2017 and 20.10.2017. In view thereof, the applicant in the event of arrest is allowed to be released on bail subject to the appellant furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court and subject to the conditions that he shall not leave the country without the permission of the learned Trial Court, shall not intimidate the witnesses in any manner, shall not tamper with the evidence, shall not make any contact with the complainant and shall not commit any offence whatsoever and shall join the investigation as and when required.

The application is disposed of.
