% 02.11.2018 Mr. Mohammed Rahmatullah, Attorney of respondent no. 2, namely, Mrs. Maleeha Sultana Aidroos is present in Court along with her counsel. Special Power of Attorney is taken on record. Mr. Mohammed Rahmatullah submits that matter has been settled by the respondent no. 2 with petitioner nos. 1 and 2 amicably and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Disputes arose between the parties with regard to the transfer of share certificates. Photocopies of the Settlement Agreements dated 26th March, 2015 and 8th November, 2016 have been

placed on record. Mr. Mohammed Rahmatullah further submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR No. 58/2014 under Sections 471/468/467/420/120B IPC registered at Police Station E.O.W. and has no objection if the FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
