O R D E R

% 23.03.2016 This is application under Section 439 of Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 155/2015 under Section 354 IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act registered at Police Station Amar Colony, Delhi. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2015; all the material witnesses including the prosecutrix have already been examined. The petitioner undertakes to appear on each and every date fixed before the Trial Court where the proceedings are pending as such it is prayed that the petitioner be released on bail. These submissions have not been disputed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is, however, submitted that prosecutrix has supported the case of prosecution. Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail:

(i) On his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court concerned. (ii) He shall appear on each and every date of hearing fixed by the Trial Court. (iii) He shall provide his address and contact number to the concerned Trial Court. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
