OMP(I)(COMM) 382/2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to expedite the process of dispute resolution as envisaged in Clause 25 of the General Conditions of Contract appended to the contract between the parties. Counsel for the respondents submits that he would advise the respondents to strictly follow the timelines which are mentioned in Clause 25 of the General Conditions of Contract and ensure that there is no delay in culmination of the adjudication process. Recording the above submissions, the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
