W.P.(CRL) 3155/2018 By this petition, petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 238/2018 under Section 336 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act registered at PS Jafrabad on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the basis of compromise.

Offence punishable under Section 27 Arms Act entailing a minimum punishment, thus this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question on the basis of compromise.

Petition is dismissed MUKTA GUPTA, J.
