Respondent no. 1 seeks modification of order dated 29.11.2017 to the effect that the payment which was to be released to the respondent by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi be deposited in the bank account of respondent in Bank of India instead of IDBI Bank, Prashant Vihar, Sector-14, Rohini, New Delhi. 2.

The bank details of Bank of India are as under: Saving Account No. 605610110015823, IFSC Code BKID0006056, Bank of India, Rohini, Sector-8 Branch, New Delhi 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has no objection to the application being allowed and even a report has been received from UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch that the FAO 223/2015

amount which was disbursed to the IDBI Bank was received back with the endorsement that beneficiary account was closed. 4.

Accordingly, order dated 29.11.2017 is modified and the amount of ₹ 25,000/- which was to be transmitted to the IDBI Bank account be now transferred to the Bank of India, details of which are given above along with interest, if any, accrued thereon. 5.

The application is allowed in the above terms. 6.
