The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:- "It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to fix early hearing in the present petition and may allow the petitioner to withdraw the present petition in the facts and circumstances mentioned above." 2.

I am told by counsel for the applicant/petitioner that since, one, Mr. O.P. Bhatia is appointed as the Arbitrator, the grievance of the applicant/petitioner stands satisfied.

Accordingly, both limbs of the prayer which is extracted above, is accepted.
