% 21.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order there are some judgments of the Supreme Court settling certain legal propositions which were not urged by him at the time of consideration of his earlier bail application. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for bail before the Trial Court. In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
