O R D E R

% 23.12.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment and demolish the unauthorised construction on the public road/lane in front of petitioner's flat bearing No.318, DDA Built Up expendable flats, Pocket-I, Sector A-6, Narela, Delhi.

It has been averred in the petition that respondent no.2Superintendent Engineer, DDA on 5th August, 2016 passed an order directing the executive engineer to remove the encroachment near the petitioner's flat immediately. It has further been averred in the petition that in pursuance to the said order, partial demolition was carried out on 19th August, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the land mafia with intent to grab the said land has again started illegal construction

by placing idols and threatening the petitioner not to make any further complaints against the illegal construction. He also states that the petitioner had filed a complaint dated 27th August, 2016 to remove the debris and demolish the illegal construction, but no action has been taken till date.

Consequently, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to remove the debris and decide the petitioner's complaint dated 27th August, 2016 within a period of two weeks.

The concerned SHO is directed to render full assistance to the officials of the DDA in removing the encroachment in accordance with law.
