The mediation between the parties has failed. 2.
After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants would not press this appeal if the Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the suit.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection to the same. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that he would not seek any unnecessary adjournment before the Trial Court in the suit. 4.
Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the suit and endeavour to decide within a period of seven months from today. Learned Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

This appeal is disposed of in the above terms. The pending
application is also disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
