% 27.11.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 30.10.2025 for releasing the amount lying deposited, along with accrued interest, to the applicants in the proportion mentioned in the impugned judgment of the Tribunal, subject to affidavits being filed by respondents No. 2 and 3 as well.

Matter is pending for filing the affidavit by R-3. Affidavit of R-2 has already been filed in terms of order dated 19.11.2025.

Learned counsel for respondent seeks some time to file affidavit of R-3. Heard. Allowed.

Let the needful be done before the next date of hearing. In the meantime, registry is directed to release the amount along with interest to R-1 and 2 with direction to the registry to file compliance report within two weeks.
