This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 1st August, 2017.

The counsel for the respondents no.1&2 appears. 3.
None appears for the respondent no.3 though reported to be served. 4.
Though the respondent no.4 is reported to be unserved but for the purposes of this petition her presence is not required. 5.
The counsel for the respondents no.1&2 states that the reply to the petition has been filed but has not come on record. A copy of the reply is handed over in the Court and which is taken on record. 6.
The counsel for the respondents no.1&2 has fairly stated (i) that all future publication on the impugned subject by the respondents no.1&2 shall be subject to editorial discretion and constraints; (ii) that the respondents no.1&2, before such publication, shall elicit the comments of the petitioner; and, (iii) if the petitioner responds within 24 hours of such comments being elicited, the respondents no.1&2, in their publication, will also reproduce the CM(M) 808/2017
substance of the said response of the petitioner. 7.
The counsel for the respondents no.1&2 however states that the petitioner be directed to furnish an e-mail address on which the comments may be elicited and also states that the respondents no.1&2 shall also furnish to the petitioner e-mail address on which the petitioner may respond. 8.
The aforesaid is agreeable to the counsel for the petitioner. 9.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by modifying the order impugned therein by binding the parties to the aforesaid arrangement. 10.
The petitioner does not claim any other relief against the respondents no.1&2 in the suit, from which this petition arises, and thus does not press this petition impugning the order of deletion of the respondents no.1&2 from the said suit.

The petitioner is directed to, within one week, furnish in writing under acknowledgment, to the counsel for the respondents no.1&2 e-mail address and the counsel for the respondents no.1&2 to within one week thereof, likewise inform the counsel for the petitioner the e-mail address. 12.
The petition is disposed of.
No costs.
