During the course of arguments, it was informed that coaccused - Vivek Chawla has deposited `7.5 lacs in compliance of the conditional bail order in the Court.

The petitioner has agreed to pay `15 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment and outcome of the instant case. On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the offer of the petitioner to pay `15 lacs to the complainant, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one BAIL APPLN. 1439/2015

surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. `15 lacs shall be paid by the petitioner to the complainant through the Investigating Officer within two weeks. This payment shall be without prejudice and subject to adjustment (if any). It shall also be subject to the outcome of the FIR in question. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. At first instance, he shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 20.03.2016 at 02.00 p.m.

The bail application stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
