Learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that the copy of the proceedings dated 19.12.2018 of the Court of the learned ADJ-03, SE in CS No. 10511/17 out of which the impugned order dated 19.07.2018 arises submitting to the effect that the suit has already been withdrawn by the plaintiff therein i.e. the respondent no. 1 herein and thus seeks to withdraw the present petition submitting to the effect that the same has become infructuous.
