The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that in terms of the directions issued on 24.07.2017, they had met the petitioners and have received the necessary instructions.
They state that the petitioners would voluntarily leave this country within a period of 15 days from today. They shall also file an undertaking by way of an affidavit to the aforesaid effect with respondent no.2. This is also subject to further condition that petitioner no.2 shall report to respondent no.2 (FRRO) at 10:30 AM on alternative days; the first day being 31.07.2017. He would not be required to wait at FRRO's office for more than half an hour.

Further, the petitioners shall immediately purchase their travel ticket to travel out of this country and shall provide a photocopy of the ticket to respondent no.2 on the day of petitioner no.2's reporting (that is 31.07.2017). The petitioners shall be released from the restriction centre forthwith and will comply with the aforesaid conditions within the period as specified. It is clarified that in the event, the petitioners fail to do so, the respondents would be entitled to apprehend them, restrain them in the restriction centre and take such steps for their deportation as permissible in accordance with law. 5.
It is clarified that this order is passed with the concurrence of the parties and without prejudice to all rights and contentions of the parties. 6.
The petition and the pending application are disposed of. 7.
