W.P.(C) 4241/2015 and CM Nos. 7679/2015, 8652/2015 and W.P.(C) 6544/2015, CM No. 11910/2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file an appeal under Section 9C of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 before the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT). He also seeks liberty to raise all the issues that have been raised in the writ petitions before the said Tribunal. The writ petitions are dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. We also request the Tribunal to dispose of the appeal, if filed, as expeditiously as possible.
