W.P.(C) 6297/2017 & CM No. 26105/2017 3.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent nos.1 to 5 may be directed to ensure that respondent no.6 - who the petitioner claims to be his father - should not leave India without conducting a DNA test.
4.
The petitioner has averred in this petition that he is proposing to file a
paternity suit and, therefore, would require to know the address of respondent no.6 as well as secure his DNA test report. Respondent no.6 is a citizen of India and carries an Indian passport. The address of respondent no.6 has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, with a condition that the said address will only be used to institute a legal proceeding and will not be used in any manner to harass respondent no.6 or for any other purposes. Any claim that the petitioner has against respondent No.6 cannot be considered in this petition. The petition and the pending application are, accordingly, disposed of.
