Nagpal, Joint Registrar pointed out that a learned single judge while passing interim directions by order dated 23.12.2016 had apportioned the compensation at variance from the directions in the judgment of the Tribunal which was impugned in MACA 1063/2016. In the facts and circumstances, it is directed that the apportionment in terms of the interim order dated 23.12.2016 shall be followed by the Registry vis-a-vis the final award.
