W.P.(C) 6286/2017 and CM No. 26047/2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that instead of his being qualified and having obtained a rank of 7609 in the CET (Common Entrance Test) Examination for the B.Tech course, the third list has not been uploaded by the respondent.
On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. She has instructions to state that the petitioner, even as per the case of the petitioner himself, has been allotted a college and a seat in the Northern India Engineering College in the branch of Information Technology and this was one of the colleges and courses
opted by the petitioner himself; this is as per the rank of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent additionally points out that the third list as also the cut off shall be uploaded by the respondent on its website latest by day after tomorrow i.e., 26.07.2017. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps accordingly. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
