O R D E R

% 24.05.2018 Counsels for the parties submit that the Resolution Professional has already been appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad.

In view of the above, the Interim Order dated 27th July, 2017 along with the Order dated 23rd January, 2018 shall continue for a further period of eight weeks from today.

In the meantime, the petitioner, if so advised, may file an application before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench for seeking appropriate orders for the extension of stay in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions with no order as to costs.
