% 23.12.2016 By the present petition, the petitioner had sought production of Ms.Quamar Jahan Khatoon with whom he was having a live-in relationship for the past one year. It was also averred in the petition that she was being illegally detained by her parents.

Ms.Quamar Jahan Khatoon is present in Court. She submits that she wishes to reside with the petitioner and she has left her parental home out of her own free will and without any pressure.

The petitioner also submits that he had made a complaint against the parents of Ms.Quamar Jahan Khatoon and in view of the fact that she has joined his company, he shall not press the same.

As Ms.Quamar Jahan Khatoon has joined the company of the petitioner, the petitioner does not press this petition. The same is dismissed as not pressed. G.S.SISTANI, J.
