CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 01.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent has taken instructions. He has informed this court that qua question No. 11 and question No. 12, the revised marks from 2 marks each has been increased to 3 marks each. This is as per the instructions and the e-mail received by the counsel from the respondent. This information has been passed on to the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that his admission in the Kings College, U.K. now stands closed as he could not give all the particulars within the time span which was allotted to him.
Noting all these facts this court is of the view that this petition has almost become infructuous since revaluation has already been carried out by the respondent. Petitioner seeks permission of this
court to withdrawn this petition. Permission granted with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court of law as and when so required. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
