1. The previous Arbitrator, Justice S.K. Mahajan, has expired.

2. It is pointed out that the arbitration has reached the stage of commencement of the cross-examination of the claimant's witnesses.

3. For the arbitration that is to resume from the stage where it was before the previous Arbitrator, the Court appoints Mr. Pradeep Chaddah, a former District & Sessions Judge, Delhi (Mob. 9910384665) as sole Arbitrator. The learned Arbitrator will fix his own terms.

4. The parties will appear before Mr. Chaddah on 27th February, 2017 at 4:00 pm. The venue of arbitration shall be arranged by the Petitioner. The parties shall share the expenses thereof. Either of the parties may collect the O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 86/2016

entire arbitral record from the office of the previous Arbitrator and place it before the new Arbitrator.
