% 12.05.2016 The son of the deceased-tenant is present in person. He is ready to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property i.e. premises bearing No. 15/1656-B, Opposite Nirankari Mandir, Gobindpuri, Delhi within an outer limit of 10 days from today i.e. on or before 22.05.2016. Needless to state that all electricity and water charges shall be cleared at the time of handing over the vacant and peaceful possession back to the landlord. The statement of Shahabudin (the son of the deceased-tenant) to the said effect has also been recorded separately.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
