M/s Gammon Altanta (JV), 2013 (4) Arb.LR 61 (DB)". We are informed that the judgment and order of the Division Bench is under challenge in the Supreme Court. However, there is no stay. Only notices have been issued. As a Bench of coordinate strength this Bench is bound by the judgment of the earlier Division Bench of this Court. The appeal is according dismissed.
