% 05.05.2017 Learned counsel for the parties agree that the petitioner shall vacate the tenanted premises being WZ-396C/1, (Back Side), Naraina Village, New Delhi as described in the eviction petition on or before 04.11.2018. The petitioner shall also continue to pay agreed monthly rentals and will also pay the entire arrears of rent at the agreed rate of rent within four weeks from today. The petitioner shall also pay electricity and water dues of the premises for the period of occupation.
The petitioner shall file an affidavit of undertaking to comply with the above terms within two weeks from today.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the affidavit of undertaking is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 04.11.2018. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
