The petitioner is seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus against the respondent No.3 - Apple India Private Limited, for providing a particular software application in the App Store. We are not satisfied that such writ petition is maintainable. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Jayant Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to invoke appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 3.

This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with leave as prayed.
