Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to file a fresh petition only qua the latter i.e., Erection Contract dated 31.05.2012.

Insofar as, the Work Order dated 04.03.2011 is concerned, counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to move to the appropriate Court in that behalf. 5.
