% 06.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish ties with the family.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the application for release on parole was dismissed by the competent authority for the reason the conduct of the petitioner in jail is unsatisfactory and he has received punishments on 23rd December, 2015; 1st November, 2016 and 18th December, 2016. As per the status report the family of the petitioner is residing at H.No. 687-88, A Block, Bhalswa Dairy where the brothers with their family are residing. The family of the petitioner is a joint family.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has roots in the society and that even earlier he was granted parole by this Court both in the year 2015 and 2016 which concession he did not misuse, this Court is inclined to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ CMM concerned.

Petition is disposed of.

Order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
