% 14.01.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek directions thereby setting aside the order dated 06.06.2015 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-07/ Central in FIR No. 515/2014 registered at Police Station - Subzi Mandi for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/306/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if this Court grants exemption from the personal appearance to the petitioner Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, he will withdraw the present petition because the order impugned has already been challenged by the complainant and a Revision Petition is pending before this Court.

Keeping in view the fact that the female petitioners have small children and the trial will take substantial time, I hereby dispose of the present petition by exempting the aforementioned petitioners from personal appearance before the trial Court through counsel. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
