During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent on instructions states that reasons for declaring the petitioner's bid as unresponsive/technically disqualified would be communicated on or before 1st October, 2018. The said communication would be made by e-mail as well as by writing a letter through speed post to the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner.

E-mail address will be provided by the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondent during the course of the day. On the reasons being communicated, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the said communication, if required and necessary and in accordance with law.
