O R D E R

% 16.10.2015 Crl.M.A.15478/2015 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.07.2015 whereby this Court directed for his release on parole for a period of 30 days on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. The release on parole was made subject to certain conditions. The petitioner/applicant has submitted that because of his long incarceration in custody, he has not been able to maintain social ties and but for his brother who has offered himself as a surety, nobody is agreeable to stand as surety for him.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner prays for modification of the order to the extent that he be permitted to furnish personal bond with

cash security of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount who he shall his own brother, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Considering the circumstances of the petitioner, the order dated 15.07.2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on parole for 30 days from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond and cash security of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The conditions imposed vide order dated 15.07.2015 shall subsist. The application is disposed of accordingly.
