It is stated that parties have entered into a settlement in terms of settlement agreement dated 6.12.2017 entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. This settlement agreement dated 6.12.2017 satisfies the requirement of Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC, accordingly, this RFA stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6.12.2017 and which will form a decree between the parties.
