% 12.09.2017 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner claims to be vending at Bhumeeheen Camp, Guru Ravi Dass Marg.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not press this petition at this stage, as the petitioner is not facing any hindrance at the hands of the respondents. She further seeks liberty to approach this Court again, in case there is any hindrance or obstruction by the respondents.
