CrI.M.C. 2865/2017 & CrI.M.ANo. 11883/2017 CrI.M.C. 2866/2017 & CrLM.A.No. 11885/2017 During the course of hearing, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer for grant of time to deposit 46,62,125/-, in terms of the bail order dated 22m1 July, 2017 passed by the learned ASJ. Trial Court while granting bail has directed the petitioner to deposit this amount within one week. Keeping in view the quantum of the amount to be deposited, it is ordered that the time granted by the trial court shall stand extended for three months from today.
