% 08.04.2016 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that only cross examination of the Investigating Officer is pending for quite some time for one reason or the other. It is impressed upon the learned Trial Court to complete the cross examination of the Investigating Officer of the case on the next date of hearing. However, keeping in view the serious allegations coupled with the fact that prosecutrix has supported the case of prosecution, I do not deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on bail.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
