O R D E R

% 25.10.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to find a suitable match for his son and to arrange resources for the same. As per the nominal roll the petitioner has already availed three furloughs in this year w.e.f 4th January, 2018, 14th March, 2018 and 31st May, 2018.

As the petitioner could have availed the said period for searching the suitable match for his son, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
